There are many books available for researchers in the Society’s Research area, many which are out of print. The library also has the Quarterlies, Ozarks Mountaineer, and Ozarks Watch magazines.
New to our research library—copies of our collection of documents, vintage registers, and indexed newspaper clipping books!
Our busy volunteers are indexing and scanning our great collection of archived documents and registers. These include several school registers, physicians ledger from the 1940s, King Solomon mine paybook from 1916, Bradleyville postal money order book from 1895 and more! Copies of these, with indexes, will be in the Research Library in 2011.
